Passion in Disguise!♥

Hi Dear Readers!

I’m really starting to understand, that if you are open to it, great amounts of abundance can come your way. As abundance can come in all shapes and sizes, little did I know that what was in store for me this week was a passion in disguise.♥

So when I first started writing this blog, it was with the intention to search for my passions. I have always been unsure what feelings people associated with tings for them to reach the status of being a passion. After asking my mom how she would describe what a passion was, I think I finally found a pretty good answer. A passion is something that you couldn’t stop doing even if you wouldn’t get payed for it. Something that doesn’t feel like work, but you do purely for the enjoyment of it.♥ I feel exactly that whenever I start working on something related to DearDiary. That is not to say that I can’t get frustrated when something doesn’t go my way. Only human I suppose.

DearDiary is still very much in the starting fase, and my following is still not overwhelming. (I do see you guys who read my posts – I’m really thankful for your support!) But I’m still spending the majority of my time building this platform up. Honestly, I absolutely love it!♥

I really want to emphasize, that what I’m only speaking my truth now, and what is true for me isn’t necessarily true for you. So I suppose you could take this as if what you are doing feels meaningful to you, there isn’t anybody who can take that away from you.♥

Whenever I think about what my future job would be, one thing that continues to rise up, is that that job would have to make a difference. In my mind, if my job doesn’t contribute something positive and meaningful to the world, it would simply be a waste of my time.♥ With DearDiary I have full control over what I include in my posts, and what I’m essentially spending my time on. This feeling of freedom is so addicting, that I couldn’t possibly go back to doing something that doesn’t feel right. ♥

Particularly that, is something I really wish to promote. The fact that work doesn’t need to be tough or something that is a necessary evil to survive. It is okay for work to be fun and easy! When I say such things, it truly is with compassion for people’s situation not always allowing that kind of mindset. But I really want to plant a seed that tells you that whatever shitty situation you may find yourself in right now.. It really doesn’t need to continue. It is possible to get out of a bad place. ♥

I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions in the discussion post on Instagram! Have you ever come across a passion in disguise♥? Are you doing something that is meaningful to you♥? What is your truth♥? Please share on Instagram!

On that not, I really hope you guys have an awesome week full of abundance!♥ Check in with me on Instagram during the week!

Love, Mie
