I am back!♥
Hello guys, it’s been a while♥
As you probably have noticed, I’ve not been active here on my blog for quite a while. I personally had to go through a massive upgrade on many levels, but I suddenly got the urge to come back. That actually happened when I was reading a Facebook post/event invitation that my aunt had created. Here she gave my blog a shoutout, which she has done before (something I’m extremely grateful for; that I have supportive family members like that). In the shoutout she used some words that made me open my eyes to the fact that I can actually make a difference in another person’s life with the experience I’ve accumulated in my considerably short life. So, I will be making some changes on this platform. But before I get into that, I want to take a minute to explain why I’ve been away. I am back!♥
Why I’ve been gone♥
It’s been almost 3 months since I last made a blogpost on here. My creative flow, trying to make useful and valuable blogposts, was completely clogged. I realized I was way too focused on trying to be of service of others. Also to my readers on my blog. That I needed to provide some sort of value, because why else would somebody be interested in my content. But after reading my aunts post, I realized that I should share my experience in life. With all it’s ups and downs, and that it actually has a lot of value in and of itself.
In the time I’ve been absent, I’ve been building my online presence on other platforms (YouTube and Instagram). But I there too was struggling to fit in everything that I’m passionate about and find interesting. So, my blog will take a little bit of a turn in the effort of allowing all of my fields of interests to be expressed appropriately. I will not be deleting the blogposts I’ve made so far. But they’ll be in the archives (for you who are still interested). I’ve decided that this blog will be dedicated to mental health; being a young person going through life, with struggles and success stories. But with a twist.
Changes to my blog♥
I’ve been absolutely blessed with a very productive and loving support system. It has allowed me to acquire some sustainable coping mechanisms that actually makes a difference (at least they have for me). And I know that not everybody has been that lucky. So, I wish to provide that support for other young being, whose life may have been testing them. In the spirit of that, I’ll be making posts on everything from tips and trick on coping mechanisms, realizations I’ve made and updates on the process I’m going through myself, to questioning structures and the definition we currently have of mental health and how to deal with struggles. That is not to say that those topics will be exclusive to my blog; they may also find their way onto my YouTube channel. I am back!♥
There will be no schedule on how often I will post (knowing myself, because I’ve said that a schedule may appear ;p). I will create content whenever I feel inspired or called to do so. That may be once a month, or three times a week. But to help you keeping up with when I do post, please go follow me on my Instagram. There I update whenever I create a YouTube video or blog post.
