These past couple of weeks have been absolutely terrible, but yet so incredibly enlightening. As I wrote on my Instagram I have been sick, but I am finally feeling better. But this time of being sick allowed me to do some thinking, something I already do waay to much.\u2745 I was having serious doubts about my choice of education, and I was considering dropping out. Before my current studies I was on a business education at university as well, but ended up dropping out. So it is not the first time I have changed my mind.<\/p>\n
But I was talking to one of my really good friends, and I got to air my frustrations. But one flaw of mine, one that I am very much trying to better, is that I tend to view some things very black and white. It is very easy to just see the bad aspects when being knees deep in a less than ideal situation. Luckily, this friend brought up some pretty good arguments, that made me view my situation in a much different light. And I think that’s really needed sometimes. Somebody to make me see the bigger picture.<\/p>\n
I often get stuck in my own head, and then it is really just a downward spiral from there. But one point he made, was that I don’t need to know what I want to do for the rest of my life right now. It’s not like I haven’t heard that before, but sometimes I need to be reminded. I think a lot of people feel the same way. Being so engulfed by a situation or mindset, that it takes some kind people, to remind one that the world isn’t as bad, as black and white, as it seems.\u2745<\/p>\n

Now I’m feeling much better about my choice of education. Not because I suddenly know what I’m going to do the rest of my life, but because I’m reminded that I don’t need to have it figured out yet. I think this philosophy goes very much hand in hand with that I want to do with DearDiary.<\/p>\n
With me being healthy again, I want to reimplement the things I have mentioned I wanted to do in previously posts. Some of them being eating a nutritious breakfast, and start doing things to aid my dance practice. I have actually purchased Just Dance 2022 this weekend. This will for sure bring a fun and silly aspect into my dance practice, and I can’t wait to play it some more!\u2745 Check in with me this week on Instagram on @deardiaryofficiel!<\/p>\n
And as always, some practical information in the end. So far there has been no set time I post every week other than it being on Sundays, for more or less valid reasons. But In the future, I will be posting at 10 am CET on Sundays.<\/p>\n
